Samantha was one of the 2005 JDRF Children's Congress delegates, this gives children with type 1 diabetes a unique and empowering opportunity to help Members of Congress understand what life with juvenile diabetes is like and why research to find the cure for diabetes and its complications is so critical. Here are some photos of her trip to Washington DC and updated family photos.

Over the last several years the JDRF's Walk To Cure Diabetes has been a wonderful experience, but we would have never been able to do it without you. The Breault Family Team on it’s own raised $10,000 each year and we just wanted to thank everyone who donated or even helped raise the money that we received. One day there will be a cure, the scientists/researchers need more money to do different studies. Each and every dollar we get one step closer to a CURE! So we just wanted to say thank you, from the bottom of our heart, for all the money that you are giving or raising for the cure. Right now a life without diabetes is a dream, but if we keep on raising more money, that dream of mine (and all the other kids with diabetes) will come true.
