Get the HO pump. I wish I had.
The 6psi JRSC kit requires fuel pressures that range from 56psi idle to 100+psi at WOT to maintain a rich and safe mix. The JR Fuel Pressure riser that comes with the kits will do this.
The regular pressure pump puts up with this for short periods of time, i.e. drag racing, autocross, street driving. But it will not last as long as normal (normal being 100K + miles) and will run out of steam during extended WOT conditions, causing your mixture to get leaner and leaner. This would be road racing or trying to hit redline in fifth gear type of stuff.
The best thing about the HO pump, besides it was made for the high pressures, is that you may be able to adjust the FPR to keep pressures lower while still keeping a rich mix. This will keep your injectors and fuel lines healthy for longer.
If you are going for the 8psi kit, you will want the high pressure pump, which will pump until 110psi. Unless, of course, you use larger injectors and get all fancy with things... Then you'll have to figure it out yourself!
If you never plan on going farther than 6psi, the regular pressure pump will do, but I don't think the high pressure pump would cause problems.
The regular pump can be had for $92 and the high pressure one for $109. I think! Don't quote me on the prices!

Thanks to Jim Helbing for originally posting this chart.
Once I found out that I could get a pump for $92 including shipping, my mind was made up. I got one for all the reasons listed above.
After having over a month of a GREAT running supercharged engine, I am very happy with my choice.
No matter where you buy it, you're probably getting a Walbro 255lph fuel pump. Jackson Racing and Holley rebadge these pumps and sell them as their own for considerably more money, both regular and high pressure.
There are two places I know of to get these pumps for cheap. One is a domestic truck enthusiast, one is a Honda man who's been spreading a lot of truth on HostBoard lately. I know where I would go!
Jim Helbing (JRCivic on HostBoard) tunes Honda's, has a bad ass 12 second Civic/JRSC GSR hybrid, and sells these pumps. (I would assume he does other things as well!) He can hook you up with just about anything part-wise and maybe even some advice.
You can ask him about getting a fuel pump, or probably a variety of parts/services, by emailing him at: mailto: Boostmaster@webtv.net
or....
Ron Gregory is a car (truck actually) nut down in Texas who supports his habit by selling Walbro fuel pumps in his spare time. That's all he sells, so he probably buys a butt-load of pumps at a time directly from Walbro.
You can check him and his fuel pumps out at Auto Performance Engineering (the fuel pump guy) .
The model number you want is FPH002 and he charges $92 including shipping. He doesn't take credit cards or ship COD. You have to send him a check or money order. I had no problems with him at all. I sent him email to confirm that he had the pump in stock, he replied that he had one and had put it aside for me, I sent him a check and 4 days later my pump arrived in the US Mail.
