USS Liddle - Images At Sea, Page 5

This series of images is from the Liddle’s service in the Atlantic, escorting convoys in 1944.

This is one of my favorite pictures. Note the planes on the deck of the ship. These look to me like P-47s.

This is LST 603 (Landing Ship Tank), later named the USS Coconino County.

This looks to be another LCI, but no number is evident in the picture.
