You have to see this ship in person. The front deflector dish (origionally solid white) was molded and made out of clear blue plastic (so it lights up). The impulse engines glow red and the shuttle bay glows blue when the ship is lit. The windows (over 500 of them) are all fiberoptic. They are so small that you can only really notice them when the ship is lit up. The nacelle fronts were even re-cut and filled with "glass" so they light up blue, too.

The color scheme is identical to the Excelcior's (both models were done at the same time). I did this because the modelmakers for Star Trek modified their Excelcior model to make the Enterprise B (Paramount has only 1 model for the 2 ships).
