Thomas born in Preston, England, came to America with his father in 1630, removed to Wethersfield in 1639, where he married Dorothy Thompson, daughter of Mrs. Alice Thompson. Later, e lived in Pequot Plantation (New London) where he was a deacon in the Church, then was a Selectman in Sourtherton (stennington). in 1681 he was collector of txes for New London. He died July 30, 1709. 8 children: Martha, Thomas, Robert, Nethaniel, Dorothy, William, John, Alice.
