Light at the End of the Tunnel

My second 911 quilt, made a year later, is my attempt to find some light midst all the upheaval of our lives in the last year. The stones are hand-dyed fabric and have words of fear and grief painted on them. The tunnel is black velvet with beads representing the light with words of comfort and hope.
