About me:

Let's see...I have been playing Monster Island (on and off) for over 10 years now (not sure of the exact date). For the majority of the time, I have played 1 monster.

My original monster, Rufus Stonefist (Kabuki/Kadar), is one of the few remaining active monsters from the "Odd Terapus Massacre" (not a happy day for Kabukians).

During the great Adoption Madness of 2000, I picked up 2 more monsters: Bobbalouie (Shroudie) and Proba Skuzz (Kabukian). Rufus was originally a member of the White Tiger Clan, but jumped to the Fire Riders when the WTC started to fade. All my monsters are now members of the Fire Rider Juggernaut ;-)

I took over developing the Fire Rider Web Site from Don Sy in December 1999. The new site debuted in March 2000 to MUCH rejoicing. It hasn't been too to difficult working on the site -- I am sure it would be easier if I was just a little bit more organized ;-)

Outside MI, I am the senior Programmer for FutureMedia -- a multimedia company located in Saratoga Springs, NY. Our primary focus is developing DVD & CD-ROM multimedia applications. Web development has always been a side-bar for us (although is does seem to taking up more and more of my time these days).

In my spare time, I love computer games. My current favorites are Baldur's Gate 2, Diablo 2, and a great space sim game called Tachyon: The Fringe -- although there is nothing like a good romp through Duke Nukem (in god mode and with unlimited ammo, of course)

I am also an avid reader -- anything with sword and spells. When you throw in a few good hockey games & the NY (FOOTBALL) Giants, I am usually pretty happy ;-)

I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the Fire Rider web site. There is no way I could put a site like this together on my own.

This version of the site is just celebrated it's 1st birthday....hopefully, with everyone's help, there will be many more!

Thanks!!!
