Two general membership meetings were held in May. One meeting was held in the Boardroom at Agency Building Three on Wednesday, May 12th from noon to 1 PM. and the other at the Delmar office on Thursday, May 13th at 1PM to 2 PM.

Meeting was called to order at 1:05 p.m.
Sandy Compositor, Council Leader, thanked Mike Salony and Marlee McCumber for help creating and maintaining the PEF Division 203 Web site.
Doug Jasinske, Secretary-Treasurer, gate attached Treasurer's Report and provided copies of minutes from yesterday's Albany General Meeting.
Albany Membership voted to increase rebate amount from $10 to $15 and keep amount of Scholarships at 3 $300 Scholarships, extending scholarships to employee as well as spouse for full-time undergraduate students. After much discussion, Delmar members voted 10 in favor, 5 abstentions, 2 opposed. Based on high majority of 72 Albany members in being in favor, the motion was officially carried.
Sandy advised that she plan to retire in 1-year and requests that members consider becoming active as stewards/officers.
Ron introduced our guest, Region 8 Coordinator Lou Matrazzo, (represents 16,000 PEF members) who also serves as member of Contract Team. Please see Minutes from May 12, 2004 meeting re: Lou's report.
