1) Proposed Division Budget: Bob summarized the budget from last year and the proposed budget for 2007-08. Doug Jasinske made a motion to accept the budget as presented by the Council. Lea Ann Rosenthal seconded the motion. There was no discussion. A vote was taken and 18 members voted for the budget, and zero were opposed. The budget was approved in Delmar and will be brought to the Albany members on May 16, 2007 for a vote.

2) We had two guest speakers from PEF headquarters--Arlea Igoe, Secretary-Treasurer and Tom Comanzo, Region 8 Coordinator. Arlea and Tom gave us an update on the PEF contract negotiations, discussed Albany parking issues, Steward's meetings/committee membership, and some upcoming membership benefits events.

3) Eye Med--the new vision plan: Tom Rienzo discussed the vision plan and asked if any members had any questions or concerns.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Dave Lombardo and seconded by Randy Farfard. All were in favor of adjourning at 12:55 pm.
