The GE Realty Plot

Created in 1899 when the General Electric company purchased a plot of land in the middle of Schenectady from Union College, the GE Realty Plot contains historic homes in a wonderful variety of architectural styles from the turn of the century. 

The Association

The Realty Plot Association is a not-for-profit association dedicated to preserving the style and spirit of the historic homes in the GE Realty Plot.
