is the home page of the Joshua Slocum Society International.

This website is our attempt to: 1. Maintain a
complete record of all single-handed circumnavigators, 2.
Popularize the legendary first solo circumnavigator, Captain
Joshua Slocum, and 3. Inform others about the activities of the
Joshua Slocum Society International and how to join.
The web appears to be the ideal place to
record, and to keep up-to-date, the growing list of the heroic
sailors who have accomplished the fete of sailing around the
world alone and to document the details of their vessels and
voyages.
