Notes: Edward Fuller who with his wife, Ann, and
youngest son, Samuel (Matthew's brother) came to America on the Mayflower
in 1620. The eldest son, Matthew, had stayed in England to complete his
studies. The parents both died in the Plymouth Plantation in 1621,
leaving Samuel to be brought up by his uncle, Dr. Samuel Fuller.
