DIRECTIONS
TO THE CENTER FOR NIA & YOGA ON FRIDAY
From Mass, follow I-90 to Albany.
After crossing bridge of the Hudson River, take Exit 6 (US-9 S, toward Arbor
Hill/Loudonville/Johnson Blvd) take the Arbor Hill exit. It will take you to
Central Ave. Make a left onto Central Ave. Take the next left which is Lark
St. The Center will be the first door on the left on Lark St. Ring the bell!
From NYC, Woodstock, etc., take I-87 North to exit 23. Stay left and take 787
North.
Take Downtown exit (after Empire Plaza exit). Bear right to avoid re-entering
787 & watch out for merging traffic. Move into left lane ASAP and make a
left at traffic light. Bear to the right onto Broadway. You will pass the SUNY
Administration Building on your right and will see an old bank building in front
of you. Make a left onto State Street and continue up the hill. When you can
go no further (the State Capitol Building will be in front of you), bear right
and then left up the hill.

columns!) and you will be on Washington Ave. Go approximately 3 more blocks
until Lark St. If you see any parking, grab it! Otherwise, make a right onto
Lark and continue to Elk St., at the traffic light. Make a left at Elk. The
Nia Center parking lot will be the second lot on the left. Walk thru the parking
lot to the next street and walk left to the corner, which is Lark. Make a right
(toward Central again) and you will be walking back toward the Nia Center which

From Mass, follow as above to
I-90. After crossing Hudson River, take I-787 South to the end. At the traffic
light make a right onto 9W South and take this toward Ravena. Bear left and
remain on 9W when you see signs for 32. You will come to a major intersection
at Fuera Bush Road, where Hollywood video, Chilis, and PriceChopper shopping
center will be on the left side, along with 2 gas stations on the right and
left, after the traffic light. Take a right at the intersection and go 1 mile.
Make a right on East Bayberry at the entrance to Colonial Acres. Make the first
left onto West Bayberry. We are the second (Ranch) house on the right with the
wagon wheel against the tree.

N to Exit 24
Merge onto I-90 E via EXIT 24 toward ALBANY.
Take the WASHINGTON AVE exit- EXIT 2- toward UALBANY.
Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto WASHINGTON AVE. 0.3 miles
Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto CR-156/FULLER RD. 0.6 miles
The Dance Studio is located just above the Silvestri Dry Cleaners next to the
light next to the Party Warehouse at 69 Fuller Rd
