I am a great believer in the benefits of ballroom dancing. Socially, physically and emotionally, ballroom dancing can improve your life. I remember dancing Samba with Miss Rio DeJaneiro in Brazil; THAT WAS FUN.

The benefits are:

    As with any new activity, the beginner jitters may be overcome with a few simple steps that create fun and dispels the anxiety of being a beginner. If you like the music, and can be taught to listen to the beat of the music--you can dance.
