THE FORD 5.4 LITER TRITON V-8 ENGINE IS A LEMON !

The engine in my vehicle ejected a sparkplug out of the cylinder head. The 5.4 L Triton V-8 engine has a history of doing this. Ford Motor Company does not publicly acknowledge there is a problem.
